What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Onboard new technicians with hands-on and classroom training
• Coach team members with confidence-building support and real-time feedback
• Conduct field visits to evaluate quality and reinforce training
• Develop and refine training materials, checklists, and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning methods, tools, and safety protocols
• Help team members grow into their best selves with positive reinforcement and accountability

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver initial training and ongoing education to all field staff
• Demonstrate and reinforce FYN cleaning systems, tools, and time standards
• Evaluate employee performance in the field with grace and clarity
• Ensure team adherence to company procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate training records and progress reports
• Collaborate with the office team and field supervisors to address training needs
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in training and service delivery
