Your Day-to-Day

• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians in the field and classroom
• Offer real-time coaching and confidence-building support
• Conduct evaluations to reinforce quality, safety, and professionalism
• Refine SOPs, checklists, and training tools for clarity and ease
• Stay current on cleaning methods and aromatherapeutic product usage
• Model Freshen Your Nest standards with kindness, consistency, and follow-through

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable coaching others while maintaining high standards
• Cleaning experience or mentoring/training background strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for most of the day
