What You'll Do

Teach new technicians the art and heart of the FYN clean -- in homes and during classroom sessions.

Motivate and encourage your trainees so they feel capable, confident, and proud of their progress.

Reinforce safety, professionalism, and aromatherapy product use in real time.

Partner with leadership to refine checklists and make training smooth and simple.

Model reliability, consistency, and care in every detail.

Your Day-to-Day

• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians in the field and classroom
• Offer real-time coaching and confidence-building support
• Conduct evaluations to reinforce quality, safety, and professionalism
• Refine SOPs, checklists, and training tools for clarity and ease
• Stay current on cleaning methods and aromatherapeutic product usage

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Cleaning experience or mentoring/training background strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for most of the day
